The second annual Anatomy Fashion Show will be held on March 4th at SFU Vancouver Campus in the Joseph & Rosalie Segal Centre. Featuring live entertainment, a photo booth, and a door prize raffle, as well as some delicious food, we invite you to come and watch our models strut their stuff as they exhibit all the wonders and intricacies of the human body.
Early Bird Admission is only $18, with all proceeds going to BC Children’s Hospital. Bring your family, friends, and your classiest clothing, you won’t want to miss the spring soirée of the year!
Started by the FL Alpha Chapter at Florida International University in 2012, the Anatomy Fashion Show is the signature fundraising event for Phi Delta Epsilon and our partnership with Children’s Miracle Network. You can choose to sponsor a model and have your logo included, or opt to have your logo on all of our promotional materials. 2016 Artists, Models & Entertainment
Our 2016 AFS featured over 30 professional and training makeup artists from the Vancouver area. Many of these artists have won makeup artistry competitions for their exceptional work.
This year showcased the skills of: Ali Cayetano, Amy Kwan, Baylei Ribeiro, Cara Cowen, Catia Webb, Courtney Kearnes, Devon Burbank, Fenika Wallis, Josephine Bergenstein, Haylee Carrington, Laura Barokova, Michele Munnery, Michele Tri, Maddy Burke, Paul Gottardi, Priyanka Krishna, Renee Bourget, Samantha Faith, Sarah Brousseau, Savannah Way and Teresa Chang.
Over 35 models volunteered their time with us to showcase human anatomy. Featuring a wide variety of anatomical systems, these models strut their stuff and had tons of fun!
Ada Dojnov, Alexi Laishley, Andrew Chang, Aris Grout, Brigitte Brown, Bongani Moyo, Cari Randa, Caitlyn Schwab, Carmen De Los Santos, Eleni Chountalos, Eric Xu, Griffin Dare, Jordan Pink, Julian Cheung, Kayla Ptolemy, Kerilee Rawluk, Kimberly Yip, Kyle Brush, Magi Bicanin, Mia Tarkington, Myc Chui Shu Wen, Natasha Birdi, Nick Gauthier, Nikka Bagasbas, Noina Matta, Robin Qumsieh, Ryan Calasin, Samindi Fernando, Sandra Cervantes, Sasha Voznyuk, Spencer Matthewman, Stephanie Chee, Stephanie Dong, Sukhmeen Dhot, Tova Dang and Wilma Kon.
Clavinova Nights, is a group of young emerging musicians performing jazz crooner tunes and songs of Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Ray Charles, Michael Buble, Bruno Mars, and many more.
The band is comprised of Jamie de Guia, Vocalist and Pianist; Anthony Maljevac, bass guitar; Kalen Dofher, saxophone and Steven Pringle, drummer.
They all attend Archbishop Carney Regional Secondary in Port Coquitlam.
The band has performed in the Metro Vancouver area, namely Vancouver Christmas Market, Relay for Life for the Canadian Cancer Society (most recently at SFU, North Van and Coquitlam-Charles Best & Centennial), St. Claire’s Parish, Queen of All Saints Parish and Terry Fox Marathon (Port Coquitlam).
They have also performed at various City of Port Moody events namely Cultural Days and Wave Festival, Youth Council Halloween Night and was invited to perform at the City’s Art Council meeting (http://www.portmoody.ca/index.aspx?recordid=1458&page=125). The band has also performed at various venues in the Tri-City, most recently at the Rodos Mediterranean Grille, Gallery Bistro, Newport Village, Ninja Bubble Tea in Coquitlam, and new Westminster’s 12th Street Music Festival. The band won the “Audience Favorite Award” at the 2015 Youth Talent Search BC held last November.

The 2016 Anatomy Fashion Show also featured contemporary dance performances by Vancouver dancers Alexandra Fontaine, Heather McNicoll, Sarah Hutton, and Nicole Smith.
These four dancers are based out of Harbour Dance Centre, located in downtown Vancouver. They have been dancing collectively in Aviary Dance Company, run by Julio Fuentes, for the past year. They are very excited to be apart of the Anatomy Fashion Show tonight showing their artistic passion of dance!
What is An Anatomy fashion show?
An Anatomy Fashion Show involves models getting the various body systems (muscles, bones, digestive, etc) painted on their bodies by local artists. They then proudly show off the artwork to the accompaniment of music and engaging, humorous narration.
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets will be sold on a tiered system ranging from $18-25.
What happens to the money raised?
All money raised by the fashion show will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network (CMN). As a proud fundraising partner of CMN, Phi Delta Epsilon has an agreement that all funds raised will be given to our local hospital, BC Children’s Hospital.
